Job summary

151-Food is seeking a Productions Shift Manager to lead the operations team on a shift, driving safety, quality and efficiency. You will guide the Production, Oven, and Packaging leadership to meet short-term and long-range goals and coordinate with maintenance, sanitation and shipping to ensure timely, compliant production.

You will coach and develop staff, run huddles, manage line start-ups, and uphold HACCP, GMPs and OSHA standards in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, OSHA regulations, and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the shift operations team.
• Promote safety, food safety, quality, and production goals on every shift.
• Coach, train, and develop team members; conduct shift huddles and feedback.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Sanitation, Shipping and HR to meet needs.
• Manage schedules, line start-ups, line speeds, recipes, and staffing.
• Enforce policies, drive accountability, and address noncompliance promptly.
• Assist other shift managers and participate in audits and documentation.
