White Castle in Kentucky is seeking an Assistant Operations Supervisor at the Evendale Bakery to oversee production, shipping, and sanitation in the absence of the Operations Supervisor. You will supervise bun production, maintain quality programs, train staff, and manage safety and scheduling in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED, prior supervisory experience, and baking industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior Lead or Supervisory experience required.
• Baking industry training/experience required.
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, GMPs, and FDA regulations.
• Ability to train and supervise staff and maintain a positive demeanor.
• OSHA 10 knowledge or ability to complete.
• Forklift operation required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP/WMS.

Responsabilités

• Supervise bun production to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Maintain QA program including HACCP check sheets.
• Train and supervise team members.
• Oversee production sanitation team and warehouse coordination.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
