Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a production associate for our Roanoke facility. The role involves operating high-powered machinery, packaging baked goods, and preparing ingredients for production.

Qualified candidates are 18+ with 1–3 years of manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods in a warm environment, including night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a warm production area.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• 1-3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mixing ingredients.
• Moving and stacking materials and equipment used in production of fresh baked products.
• Participate and successfully complete all Company approved and required training, audits, etc.
