Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring a Production Associate for second shift (2:30 pm–10:30 pm). The role focuses on safe operation of bakery machinery, packaging, and maintaining quality standards to deliver fresh baked products to customers.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with basic manufacturing experience, able to lift 50 pounds, and capable of standing for long periods in a warm production environment. Nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stack and carry items.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-powered bakery machinery safely and efficiently.
• Pack and label products for production lines.
• Mix ingredients and move/store materials used in production.
• Observe product quality and reject items not meeting specs.
• Complete required training and maintain GMP and food safety standards.
