Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Production Associate in Valdese, NC. This entry-level role focuses on safely and consistently producing high-quality baked goods as part of the production team.

You will perform duties including operating machinery, packaging products, mixing ingredients, and moving materials. The role requires standing for extended periods and working nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stack, and/or carry pans, ingredient containers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-powered machinery safely and efficiently to produce baked products.
• Package products and handle ingredients in a clean, sanitary manner.
• Move and stack materials and equipment used in production.
• Observe and reject products that do not meet specifications and address issues to reduce waste.
• Complete all required training and audits as assigned.
