The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work nights, weekends and holidays. Training and benefits are provided, with competitive pay for a growing bakery operation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-powered bakery machinery while maintaining safety.
• Package products and move materials in a fast-paced production environment.
• Inspect items for quality, address issues, and minimize waste.
• Participate in required trainings and maintain GMP and food safety standards.
