Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1–3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stack, and carry pans or containers.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable in a warm working environment.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-powered bakery machinery safely and efficiently.
• Package products and prepare them for shipment.
• Mix ingredients as required by production line.
• Move and stack materials and equipment used in production.
• Inspect products and reject those not meeting specifications.
• Observe and address quality issues to prevent waste.
• Complete required training and maintain GMP and food safety standards.
