Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring a Production Associate in the United States. This entry-level role focuses on safely operating bakery equipment, packaging products, and maintaining quality standards on the production line.

We seek candidates 18+, with 1–3 years in manufacturing and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Night shifts, weekends and holidays required; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1–3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stack and carry pans and containers.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Comfortable in a warm working environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-powered bakery machinery safely and consistently.
• Package products and move/stack materials on production lines.
• Mix ingredients as required during production.
• Observe, inspect and reject products not meeting specifications to reduce waste.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety standards.
