Responsibilities

• Measures, mixes, and prepares raw materials according to recipes.
• Forms, cuts, molds, shapes, and bakes dough.
• Monitors heat and humidity for proofing and cooking.
• Checks product quality against WFM standards.
• Maintains sanitation and log records.
• Arrives on time, participates in trainings and meetings.
• Surrenders excellent customer service and suggests add-on sales.
• Maintains proper stocking, merchandising, and pricing.
• Follows health, safety, and WFM procedures.
• Maintains clean, safe working and shopping environments.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Reports safety hazards and follows leadership directions.
