Responsibilities

• Produces quality breads and pastries.
• Prepares doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, pies, and bars.
• Bakes, cools, wraps, and labels products.
• Stocks dry products and maintains a clean workspace.
• Trains production personnel to high standards and plans for events.
• Operates Datapax system modules and adheres to safety rules.
• Provides excellent customer service and supports team selling.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Reports safety hazards and maintains product quality and signage.
