Qualifications

• Knowledge of artisan breads and pastries, including cake decorating.
• Positive attitude, energy, and passion for baking the best breads and pastries.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality breads and pastries.
• Bake and finish doughs, cakes, pastries, pies, and bars.
• Stock dry products.
• Develop new recipes and production techniques.
• Train production personnel to high standards.
• Perform production planning for events and holidays.
• Maintain all production modules in Datapax system.
• Arrive on time and groomed; attend trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling; answer phones promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storing, rotation, and merchandising.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment; ensure equipment cleanliness.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; verify signs and pricing.
• Report safety hazards and violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
