Responsibilities

• Measures, mixes, and prepares raw materials according to recipes.
• Forms, cuts, bakes, and shapes dough.
• Monitor cooking times and set heat/humidity for proofing.
• Ensure product meets quality standards.
• Complete sanitation and temperature logs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle phones promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, and merchandising.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and Weights & Measures procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and equipment.
• Perform opening, middle, and closing duties; verify pricing.
• Report safety hazards and policy violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
