Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Bakery Processing Operator to produce high-quality bakery products in a safety-driven, 3rd shift environment. You will operate baking equipment, monitor temps, and ensure batch accuracy and food safety.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience; forklift experience is a plus. The role offers shift differential and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and basic math skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, food processing or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to read batch sheets, recipes and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing and baking equipment to meet quality and safety standards.
• Mix ingredients per batch sheets and weigh materials accurately.
• Monitor temperatures, moisture, mix times, and product weights.
• Inspect products and remove non-conforming items.
• Perform start-up, shutdown, changeovers, and basic maintenance.
• Document production data and report quality concerns.
• Follow sanitation, PPE and 5S practices.
• Load/unload materials with forklifts or pallet jacks.
