This entry-level role focuses on safe operation of machinery, packaging, mixing ingredients, and moving materials to produce high-quality baked goods for customers. Ideal candidates are at least 18, with 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle pans, containers, etc.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a warm environment.
• Must be able to work Nights, Weekends & Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-powered machinery safely and consistently.
• Package products and mix ingredients as required.
• Move and stack materials and equipment for production.
• Inspect products and reject those not meeting specs to reduce waste.
• Complete training and maintain GMP, food safety, and quality standards.
