Job summary

The Machine Operator is an entry level member of the bakery production team at Bimbo Bakeries USA, focused on safely producing high quality baked goods for customers.

You will operate high-powered machinery, package products, mix ingredients, move and stack materials, and monitor quality while adhering to GMP and safety standards. Shifts start at 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm; benefits are provided under the collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production machinery and packages products.
• Inspect and reject products not meeting specs to reduce waste.
• Maintain GMP and food safety standards.
