Bimbo Bakeries USA in Cicero, IL is hiring a Machine Operator to join our bakery production team. You will safely operate high-powered machinery, assist with packaging, ingredient mixing, and moving materials to produce the highest quality breads and baked goods.

We value reliability and teamwork; candidates should be 18+, with 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high-powered bakery machinery.
• Package products and mix ingredients as needed.
• Move and stack materials and equipment for production.
• Inspect products and reject anything not meeting specs.
• Maintain GMP, food safety and quality standards.
