Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring a Production Associate in the United States. This entry-level position supports the production team to safely and consistently produce high-quality baked goods. You will operate equipment, package products, and assist with ingredients and materials as needed.

The role requires teamwork, physical stamina, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a warm environment. Training and benefits are provided as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1-3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stack, and/or carry pans, ingredient containers, etc.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Comfortable in a warm working environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work Nights, Weekends & Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-powered machinery safely and efficiently.
• Package products and mix ingredients per specifications.
• Move and stack materials and equipment used in production.
• Examine products and reject those not meeting specifications; observe and address issues to reduce waste.
• Complete all required training, audits, and quality checks.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and quality standards.
