Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support bakery production operations to ensure products are produced according to specifications.
• Maintain sanitation standards for equipment, workstations, and production areas.
• Monitor production processes and report operational, quality, or safety concerns.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, quality assurance, and workplace safety requirements.
• Identify and communicate product quality or contamination risks.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and waste reduction.
• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment while supporting team goals.
