Job summary

Aspire Bakeries is hiring an Operator 2, Bakery-Production for the 1st shift (6am-2:30pm) at our Cayce facility. You will operate and monitor bakery production equipment to ensure safe, high-quality outputs that meet customer specs and production targets.

This role requires at least 2 years in manufacturing, basic trouble-shooting skills, and the ability to follow detailed recipes and GMPs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust production equipment to meet quality and specification standards.
• Monitor processes to ensure efficient, consistent output.
• Maintain materials and supplies to minimize interruptions.
• Complete production documentation and reports accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per company standards.
• Identify and communicate safety, quality, maintenance concerns.
• Follow schedules, recipes, GMPs, and SOPs for consistent results.
