Job summary

Aspire Bakeries is seeking an Operator 1, Bakery-Cup Operator - 2nd Shift in Cayce, SC to support packaging lines and ensure product quality. This role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a team-oriented mindset.

The position offers 2nd shift hours (1:45 PM - 10:15 PM) with weekend availability, and opportunities to grow within a leading North American bakery company. Prior food manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work weekends and overtime as required.
• Experience in food manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust packaging equipment to meet production specs.
• Ensure products meet established quality and safety standards.
• Package products manually or with automated machinery to hit targets.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas per GMP and safety rules.
• Monitor equipment performance and report issues to production teams.
• Collaborate with coworkers to meet shift goals.
