Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC in Cayce, SC is seeking an Operator 3, Bakery- Production to join our team. You will operate and monitor production equipment, maintain quality, food safety, and production standards. In this 2nd shift, you will work from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
Equipment operation knowledge with basic troubleshooting.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment.
Reading, writing and basic math skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Operate and adjust production equipment to ensure consistent quality.
Monitor production processes and address quality, equipment, or safety concerns.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Support equipment start-ups, changeovers, and daily production operations.
Ensure GMPs, food safety, and procedures compliance.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
