Aspire Bakeries is seeking an Operator 2, Bakery-Production-3rd Shift at the Cayce, SC bakery. You will operate and adjust automated production and packaging equipment, ensuring products meet quality and food safety standards to maintain efficient production flow.

This role requires manual dexterity, ability to work 3rd shift (9:45 PM - 6:15 AM), weekend availability, and collaboration with team members to meet targets and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Adjust and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Set up and perform equipment changeovers in accordance with production schedules and product specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records and required operational documentation.
• Follow GMP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards at all times.
• Support production needs by rotating across production and packaging areas as assigned.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and continuous improvement goals.
