Job summary

Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our North American bakery. You will lead teams to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and compliance targets across the 3rd shift, coordinating staffing and resources while maintaining accurate records and reporting.

The role requires 5+ years of manufacturing experience, bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication, and problem-solving skills; travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a 3rd shift schedule and travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to achieve production targets and customer requirements.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and resources to optimize operational efficiency.
• Monitor production, inventory, and receiving activities while maintaining accurate records and reporting.
• Promote and enforce food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Support employee development through coaching, performance feedback, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production, quality, engineering, and sanitation challenges.
• Drive effective communication and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
