Responsibilities include operating packaging and mixing equipment, inspecting products, and maintaining GMP and food safety standards. Must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and work nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1-3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stack and carry pans, ingredient containers, etc.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable in a warm working environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high-powered bakery machinery and packaging lines.
• Package products and mix ingredients as part of daily production tasks.
• Move and stack materials and equipment used in production of baked goods.
• Inspect products and reject those not meeting specifications; address issues to minimize waste.
• Participate in training, audits and adherence to GMP, food safety and quality standards.
