Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Production Associate in Texas to join our bakery production team. This entry-level role focuses on safely operating machinery, packaging products, mixing ingredients, and moving materials to produce fresh baked goods.

The position requires at least 18 years old, 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-powered machinery safely and consistently produce high quality baked goods.
• Package products, mix ingredients, and move/stack materials used in production.
• Examine and reject products that do not meet specifications; monitor for waste reduction.
• Complete required training and maintain GMP, food safety, and quality standards.
