Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Production Associate to join our bakery team. This entry-level role focuses on safely and consistently producing high-quality products for customers, including operating equipment, packaging, and ingredient handling.

The position supports a fast-paced bakery environment with attention to safety and quality. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1-3 Years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stack, and/or carry pans, ingredient containers, etc.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Comfortable in a warm working environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work Nights, Weekends & Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of high-powered machinery and packaging products.
• Mixing ingredients and moving or stacking materials and equipment used in production of fresh baked products.
• Examine and reject products that do not meet specifications; monitor and address waste.
• Participate and complete all Company training and audits.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and quality standards.
