Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Production Associate to join our bakery team. This entry-level position focuses on safely and consistently producing high-quality baked goods for customers, operating equipment, packaging products, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, handling ingredients, and moving materials as needed. Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts, stand for long periods, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1-3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stack, and/or carry pans, ingredient containers, etc.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Comfortable in a warm working environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work Nights, Weekends & Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-powered machinery safely and efficiently to produce baked products.
• Package products, mix ingredients, and move or stack materials and equipment used in production.
• Examine and reject products that do not meet specifications; observe and address issues to reduce waste.
• Complete training and audits; maintain Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety standards.
