Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Machine Operator to join our production team. This entry-level role focuses on safe operation of bakery machinery, packaging products, and maintaining high quality standards for our baked goods.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, with good English communication and adherence to GMP.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1–3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and carry/pan ingredients.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a warm environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-powered bakery machinery safely and consistently.
• Package products and assist with mixing ingredients as required.
• Move and stack materials and equipment for production.
• Inspect products and reject those not meeting specifications to reduce waste.
• Complete required training, audits, and maintain GMP and food safety standards.
