Responsibilities

• Produces quality breads and pastries.
• Produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, pies and bars.
• Perform baking, cooling, wrapping and labeling.
• Stock dry products and merchandise effectively.
• Develop recipes and techniques for seasonal variance and productivity.
• Train production personnel to high standards.
• Forecast production for events and holidays.
• Maintain Datapax production modules.
• Provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling.
• Ensure signs and pricing accuracy; report safety hazards.
