Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a bakery team member responsible for preparing, decorating, and stocking breads and pastries to meet quality standards. You will contribute to cake and pie finishing, maintain clean and safe production areas, and assist with seasonal productions and special events.

You will train on production processes, manage time effectively, and deliver excellent service to customers while upholding health and safety guidelines in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of artisan breads and pastries, including cake decorating.
• Positive attitude, energy, and passion for baking the best breads and pastries.
• Basic computer skills.
• Demonstrates a passion for cleanliness.
• Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Produces quality breads and pastries.
• Bakes, cools, wraps, and labels products.
• Stocks dry products.
• Trains production personnel to high standards.
• Performs production planning for events and holidays.
• Maintains all production modules in the Datapax system.
• Provides courteous customer service and effective suggestive selling.
