Qualifications

• Knowledge of artisan breads and pastries, including cake decorating.
• Demonstrates positive attitude, energy, and passion for baking the best breads and pastries.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with standard software.

Responsibilities

• Produces quality breads and pastries.
• Produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars.
• Performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products.
• Stocks dry products.
• Develops new recipes and production techniques for seasonal variance and high productivity.
• Trains production personnel to high standards.
• Performs production planning and forecasting for events and holidays.
• Maintains Datapax system modules.
• Ensures on-time attendance and appropriate grooming.
• Delivers excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintains proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising of products.
• Follows health and safety procedures and maintains sanitary work environment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks pricing and signage.
• Reports safety hazards and incidents promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
