Responsibilities

• Produces quality breads and pastries.
• Prepares doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, pastries, pies, and bars.
• Performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products.
• Stocks dry products and maintains inventory.
• Develops new recipes and production techniques for seasonal variance.
• Trains production personnel to high standards.
• Performs production planning and forecasting for events.
• Maintains Datapax system modules.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
