Job summary

Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s at Topanga Mall in Los Angeles seeks enthusiastic Team Members to join our bakery/pretzel team. You’ll welcome guests, bake, and help deliver smiles in a fast-paced setting. No experience required; paid training; flexible 20–40 hours per week; free on-duty meals and employee discounts.

Growth opportunities available; uniforms provided. Must be 18+, able to stand, lift, and work in warm environments; basic math and POS skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards.
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Work together with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
