Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s is hiring Team Members in San Jose, CA to support bakery and pretzel operations. You’ll welcome guests, bake and serve products, operate registers, and keep a clean, organized store while delivering great guest experiences.

No prior experience required; flexible scheduling, on‑the‑job training, and growth opportunities are available. Uniforms are provided, and benefits may apply. Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, holidays).
• TB clearance required (location‑dependent).
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems.
• Food handler certification (within 30 days)

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards.
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Work with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
