Job summary

Chico Mall: CA172 is seeking enthusiastic, dependable Team Members for our Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s bakery/pretzel team in Chico. You’ll greet guests, bake and serve products to brand standards, operate registers, and help keep the store clean and organized.

This role offers flexible scheduling (20–40 hours per week), no prior experience required, paid training, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles. Must be 18+, able to stand and lift, and comfortable using POS systems.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance may be required by location.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Capacity to stand, bend, lift and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort using smartphones, tablets, and register systems.
• Food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards.
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Work with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
