Arden Fair in California is hiring enthusiastic, dependable Team Members for our Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s bakery/pretzel team. You’ll welcome guests, bake and serve products to brand standards, operate registers, and keep the store clean and stocked.

No prior experience required—paid training provided. Flexible 20–40 hour weeks with opportunities to grow into leadership roles; uniforms provided; benefits may include health and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required if location.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service
• Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
• Work together with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines
