Job summary

Maman in Miami is seeking a dedicated Porter to maintain cleanliness and organization across the kitchen, service, and storage areas in a fast-paced café bakery environment.

You will support the Kitchen Leader and BOH team with prep tasks, receive and store deliveries, restock supplies, and ensure all food safety guidelines are followed while staying reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant/bakery experience preferred but not required.
• Able to handle fast-paced duties and physical tasks.
• Strong focus on cleanliness and detail; reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dishpit, café, and service areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and cookware; restock as needed.
• Assist with trash and recycling per safety standards.
• Support Kitchen Leader and BOH with prep tasks.
• Receive, move, store deliveries of food and supplies.
• Follow food safety and health & safety guidelines.
