Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant, café, or bakery environment is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong sense of urgency is essential

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dishpit, café, restroom, and service areas
• Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and cookware; replenish stock as needed
• Assist with trash and recycling following health and safety standards
• Support Kitchen Leader and BOH staff with basic prep tasks
• Receive, move, and store deliveries of food, beverages, and supplies
• Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations
• Restock supplies such as paper goods and cleaning materials
• Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties
• Follow all food safety and health guidelines
• Perform additional tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned
