• Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware; replenish stock.
• Assist with trash and recycling per health standards.
• Support BOH staff with basic prep tasks.
• Receive and store deliveries of food and supplies.
• Ensure storage areas are clean and organized; follow safety guidelines.
• Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing cleaning duties.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and safety procedures.
