Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust packaging equipment to support safe production.
• Monitor packaging for product quality, labeling accuracy, and throughput.
• Verify food safety controls and HACCP compliance.
• Inspect case labeling information including lot codes and use-by dates.
• Troubleshoot equipment and minimize downtime with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain production records and communicate updates across shifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, GMP-compliant work environment.
