Aspire Bakeries LLC in Hazleton, PA is seeking an Operator 2, Bakery - Packing (Machine Operator, Subway Packing) for 2nd shift. You will operate and monitor packaging equipment to ensure safe, efficient production while maintaining labeling accuracy and food safety standards.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior packaging or food manufacturing experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• English reading/writing and effective communication required.
• Basic math, recordkeeping, and timekeeping skills needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and carry more than 20 lb.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment.

Mansioni

• Operate and adjust packaging equipment to support safe and efficient production operations.
• Monitor packaging processes to maintain product quality, labeling accuracy, and throughput.
• Verify food safety controls and support HACCP compliance.
• Inspect and validate case labeling (lot codes, use-by dates, product codes).
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate updates across shifts.
• Maintain GMP and safety standards in a clean, safe work environment.
