Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking an Operator 2, Bakery- Packing for the 1st shift at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. You will support daily packaging and bagging operations, ensuring schedules, food safety, and quality requirements are met while contributing to continuous improvement.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 2 years in manufacturing, with Excel proficiency and familiarity with MOVEX/SAP. Lifting 50-100 lbs and standing for long periods are included in the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read production schedules and SOPs.
• Basic math with whole numbers, fractions, decimals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; MOVEX/SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily bakery packaging and bagging line operations to meet schedules.
• Provide daily direction and support to packaging team members.
• Monitor equipment, product flow, and material availability for efficiency.
• Ensure GMPs, food safety, quality standards, sanitation, and security.
• Complete production, quality, and packaging documentation accurately.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement to reduce waste.
