Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is hiring for an Operator 1, Bakery -15 pack - 1st Shift at the Cayce, SC facility. You will support the packaging process by operating equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safe and efficient production operations to meet food safety and customer standards.

The role requires physical capability for lifting up to 50 pounds, being on your feet for long periods, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing production demands.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Operate and adjust packaging equipment to ensure products meet specifications and production requirements.
Monitor product quality and food safety standards throughout the packaging process.
Package bakery products using manual and automated packaging processes to meet production goals.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with GMP and safety standards.
Communicate equipment, quality, safety, and production concerns to appropriate team members.
Support efficient production by following schedules, running orders, and established procedures.
Collaborate with team members to achieve operational and performance objectives.
