This 1st shift runs 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM EST with weekend availability, and requires lifting up to 50 pounds, reading and writing basics, and teamwork in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust packaging equipment to ensure consistent product specifications and production efficiency.
• Package products using manual and automated processes to achieve production targets.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety and appearance standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with GMP and safety requirements.
• Identify and communicate equipment or production issues to appropriate teams for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to support operational goals and a positive work environment.
• Follow production schedules and running orders to meet daily manufacturing objectives.
