Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Bakery Department functions to meet sales, profit, customer experience, and associate engagement goals.
• Ensure safety, quality, and sanitation compliance across the bakery operations.
• Train, onboard, and schedule bakery staff; lead by example and foster a positive team environment.
• Maintain proper product presentation, pricing, and department organization.
