Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak English fluently and understand basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for full shift and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to operate basic computer functions and use standard store systems.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Bakery Department functions and staff.
• Lead Associates to achieve department goals including sales, profit, and customer experience.
• Ensure safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance across the department.
• Maintain department standards for cleanliness, stocking, pricing, and displays.
