ShopRite of Somerset in Somerset, NJ is seeking a Bakery Manager to direct all functions of the Bakery Department and its Associates, driving sales, profit, customer experience, and engagement under the Store Manager’s guidance.

You will supervise safety, presentation, and efficiency, ensure training, scheduling, and adherence to company policies, and lead a team to deliver fresh products and excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and speaks English at a functional level.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Able to stand and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Comfortable using basic computer functions.
• Experience leading a team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Bakery Department functions and associates.
• Drive sales, profit, customer experience, and engagement.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
