Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual budgets for production department and capital investments.
• Lead development of Team Leaders and Associates with coaching and feedback.
• Partner with unit leadership to drive continuous improvement and KPIs.
• Ensure production scheduling, quality, safety, and on-time shipments.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high engagement.
