Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA seeks Bakery Leaders to guide bakery teams, set strategic priorities, and drive performance across safety, quality, service and cost.

You will coach Department Leaders, lead production to schedule, manage budgets, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvements in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in manufacturing, with 5+ years in the food industry, plus strong leadership and people development skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, at least 5 years in the food industry.
• Demonstrated leadership of safety initiatives that drive a zero injury culture.
• Participative management style and excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven track record leading operations improvements and daily performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bakery operations by setting strategic priorities and driving performance across people, safety, quality, service, and cost.
• Coach Department Leaders through onboarding, training, and ongoing feedback to foster problem-solving and empowerment.
• Build a culture of mutual respect, teamwork, and professionalism, aligning with company values.
• Oversee budgets and financial health of the bakery and ensure production is on schedule and shipped to order.
• Partner with Business Unit leadership and cross-functional teams to implement profit-driving improvements.
