You will support the Bakery Department Manager in daily operations, production planning, merchandising, and staff development in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role requires flexibility, including early mornings, weekends, and a commitment to food safety and customer service excellence

Qualifications

• Assist in overseeing daily Bakery Department operations with focus on quality and customer service.
• Foster a welcoming environment and resolve customer concerns and special orders.
• Plan and execute daily bakery production based on sales trends and seasonal demand.
• Support compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing bakery staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery operations and maintain high standards of quality and freshness.
• Lead merchandising plans, planograms, and seasonal programs.
• Manage department sales, labor, scheduling, ordering, inventory, and shrink goals.
